Life science researchers and entrepreneurs need to understand the value of their assets to make value-driven decisions. However, developing evidence-based and robust financial analytics can prove challenging. This free webinar will cover the basics of asset valuation for Montana firms engaged in biotechnology, pharma, medtech, or diagnostics. The presentation of analytics will be enriched with real-life case examples.

Guest Speaker: 

  • Merlin Greuel, MD, MGH, Director, Bioscience Valuation BSV GmbH 

Merlin holds a BA in Psychology from Stanford University (CA), a Master of Global Health from the University of Barcelona (Spain), and an MD from Heidelberg University (Germany). He is part of an interdisciplinary team at Bioscience Valuation (BSV), a boutique consulting company with 25 years of experience at the interface of finance and life sciences. BSV advises start-up, maturing, and fully integrated companies in making value-driven decisions and helps them prepare acquisitions, licensing deals, financings, investments, and IPOs.
