The mission of the MSU Applied Research Laboratory (ARL) is to enhance controlled research opportunities for MSU researchers, students, and regional businesses that support national security priorities. The ARL facilitates new opportunities for MSU researchers to transform learning into practical application through various capabilities including scalable power provisioning and wet-lab configurable spaces. The controlled research conducted at the ARL will serve as a conduit through which MSU will enhance engagement with government, industry, and entrepreneurial research partners and contribute to the security of Montana and the nation.
