406 Artery was founded by Lynda Colucci, a former commercial insurance professional liability executive and Kurt Burgess, a serial entrepreneur (healthcare, food & beverage, construction, motorsports, entertainment).  For more than 30 years, both founders have volunteered their time and resources as ambassadors influencing and promoting noteworthy economic development opportunities.  406 Artery evolved after receiving numerous requests from their global network of organizations to breathe new life into existing economic development strategies and outcomes. 

406 Artery is based out of Montana with a satellite office in Pasadena, CA.  Our out-of-the-box views are extreme – which minimizes chance of lost opportunity.  Although we will respond to all inquiries, we primarily focus on products/services/technologies that are extraordinary and have promising market upside potential.
